  • Review Content: Text and metadata of reviews (e.g. date, rating) associated with connected Google Business locations, needed to generate responses, analytics, and sentiment insights.
  • Usage & Technical Data: Log data, device information, IP addresses, interaction data, to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve platform performance.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Sync reviews, generate AI-assisted responses, compute analytics, notifications, and dashboard features.
  • Product Improvement: To enhance and refine our AI models, features, user experience, reliability, and security.

  • Security & Compliance: To enforce our terms, detect misuse, protect the system and user accounts, and comply with legal obligations.
